To get access to the "supplemental" data category, please go through the following steps:

Fill in this form, including a project abstract describing your research intentions.
Submit your application by pressing the "submit" button.
On your screen, a new form will appear which contains the information you submitted. This new form cannot be edited further!
Print out the new form.
Choose a username and password.
Sign the form and send it to the MAP Programme Office by postal mail.

With this form I apply for access to the "supplemental" data category at the MAP Data Centre, and with my signature I fully accept the conditions placed on the "supplemental" data, namely:

"Supplemental" data obtained from the MDC must be used only for non-commercial research and educational activities, primarily related to MAP.
Any commercial use of the "Supplemental" data is forbidden.
"Supplemental" data must not be given away to a third party (i.e. outside of the group of the Principle Investigator of the project)
Reference to the MAP Data Centre, representing all the data providers, as source of the data has to be made in any kind of publication.
Providers of "Supplemental" data are entitled to obtain copies of publications related to the data.
